School of Primary Education “Dar Rechi” (Gift of Speech)

In July 2018 a primary school “Dar Rechi” (Gift of Speech) was opened at the RCSC in Dar es Salaam. For children aged 4 to 8 years, classes began, aimed at developing the skills of correct Russian language gift of Russian word and familiarizing with children's literature in Russian. Most of the lessons on the development of cognitive and creative abilities are conducted in the form of playing, which allows kids to more easily perceive new knowledge. The process of giving education to children is easy, it brings pleasure and does not require additional motivation. In the teaching program there are intellectual, musical, artistic classes. The school plans to expand the curriculum in accordance with the wishes of the parents.

Drawing classes

For about thirty years, drawing classes directed by Ernest Mtaya have been working at the RCSC. The classes are attended by children of different ages. In the classroom, young artists get acquainted with the basics of art, learn to paint still lifes, landscapes and portraits. Exhibition of the works of the students takes place quarterly in the halls of the centre, and the students get awarded certificates and prizes.

Dance studio

For more than twenty years, a dance studio has been working at the RCSC in Dar es Salaam under the guidance of professional choreographer Elina Bogdan. Currently, it is visited by more than twenty students aged from six to eighteen years. Reporting concerts of the studio have become traditional for students, their parents and guests of the RCSC.

Cinema Club

Movie lovers club operates at the RCSC in Dar es Salaam.  The task of the club is to acquaint the Tanzanian public with Russian cinema. As part of the film club, there are screenings of Russian documentaries and feature films with English subtitles.

Karate School

For about thirty years, a karate section has been working at the RCSC in Dar es Salaam under the direction of Willy Rwezaula Ringo (Chairman of the Karate Academy of Tanzania). Over the years, the karate school has established itself as one of the best in the country. Proof of high-class teaching are prizes taken by students in various schools. Currently, the school has more than 50 people aged from 3 to 50 years.
